1. First contact and gathering of information at our real estate agency in Belgium or in Spain. (Depending on preferences, we can arrange other types of meetings).
2. We will look for you the real estate that matches your expectations and your budget.
3. Planning and visiting of properties.
4. Provisional sales agreement and payment on account up to a minimum of 3000€
5. Support in all administrative procedures prior to the notarial act final signature
6. Notarial act and keys delivery

We of course support and advise you in every one of the 6 steps.
